Many of us desire greater wellness, or improved functioning, in different areas of our lives, but we struggle to make lasting change. Within our busy lives, we often lack the space to step back and look at all of the aspects of our lives—such as our home and work environments, physical health habits, and mental wellbeing —and how they impact our goals.

As a wellness coach, I am passionate to support you in creating realistic change through a whole-person approach and providing a space where you are truly heard.

Together, we’ll align your daily life around the aspects of wellness that matter most to you, putting you on track to live toward your potential and to navigate life’s demands with more ease and confidence.

How does coaching with me work?

After your free 30-minute introductory session, we will discuss a plan that works best for you. Ideally, I recommend we schedule between 5 to 10 sessions, meeting either weekly or biweekly, for lasting results.

  1. Dedicated Time for You: We can meet either in-person or on Zoom. Through active listening and self-reflection tools, I’ll help you clarify your thoughts and insights, tailoring each conversation to your needs and aspirations.

  2. Understanding Your Environment: Together, we examine all aspects of your current environments in relation to your goals. This includes your satisfaction with your home and work environments, social connectedness, emotional and spiritual wellness, etc. This helps us uncover your obstacles and gain deeper insights into the wellness areas that matter most to you.

  3. Clarified Vision of Wellness: With your goals clarified and prioritized, we strategize a path forward. At the end of each session, you'll have 2-3 realistic action steps to work on between sessions.

  4. Accountability and Progress: We follow up on your actions and make adjustments as needed. Session by session, you'll develop habits that align with your vision of wellness and fit into your life circumstances.

  5. Lasting Change: In daily life, you are growing toward your potential and navigating challenges with greater ease and confidence.

Mondays 1 pm to 7 pm CHST

Tuesdays 10 am to 2 pm CHST

Wednesdays 2 pm to 6 pm CHST
